Every day is a different challenge with different clients and teammates; every day I learn something different, so I don't have a monotony on my activities.

We all are from different countries and the C-levels always are interested in learning more about each other. It is also really interesting to know about other cultures and habits from my co-workers.

They are totally reliable, taking care of the employees treating them as a person and a professional at the same time. They are always for you with the highest transparency level I ever saw in other companies before.

I like being a Team Leads and how I'm so involved in their growth as professionals. As for my own supervisor, I really appreciate I'm free to share my opinion and he always takes it as an option when deciding next steps.
