I do a lot of research on the TLs at this company and they have little or even no experience in B2B appointment setting. Your company promoted someone to TL who set ten appts in three months. Cience turns over a lot of clients. In 2 yrs the comp will be laying off ppl and selling to a competitor.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have tried suggesting things but I am looked at as negative. The research team is not that good. They put in associates and coordinators, and the direct dials they add are people fathers, mothers, and everyone in between. Also, they add people's personal cells.
