Better and more enforced policies for customer and staff safety and comfortability, higher wages for staff members, more reliable management expectations to be met
Cinemark needs to focus on the staff members rather then higher ups. Staff needs to start being treated with respect, and either get higher wages, or get much better benefits. Start enforcing all policies with little to no exceptions
