the coworkers and the employees that run the three department

I help run three departments and I am always under scrutiny

I was interviewed by the HR then the GM and his assistant managers
What are some of the best things about your team?
They know how to handle the business at any point of the day or night, regardless of foot traffic
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am apart of the leadership team and i enjoy our team however so many of them are afraid to speak up when something isnt ethically correct or morally strong
