Citi Compensation Employee Reviews

Review from HR Dept

Best part is everything in my comp/ben

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Citi pays the absolute minimum for benefits, passes as much cost as possible to the employees and uses cheap vendors

I don't think the pay is competititive for middle managers

The company is deliberately underresourced, staff is exploited, overworked, continuous overload, unpaid overtime.

Review from Operations Dept

Better compensation. More time off

Travelling and meal expenses should be provided

pay is not comparable to citi competitors

Being paid market rates for the roles im in or adding alternative compensation

The salaries are under paid for analysts, over time is not paid for the work but they always expect to work on weekends and late hours.

Market had a good hike, no impact on Citi

the workload is too much

The company is well known for extremely stingy comp packages. You literally have to leave the company to get a decent salary increase.

I would make more at McDonalds considering i work over twice my contracted hours with no overtime.

Now a days it's 20% lower than the market

Increased pay or any alternative form of compensation

Review from Product Dept

A better salary for started

I'm a female minority, and for all the talk of helping individuals like me grow their career, I have had neutral experiences when it comes to asking for a raise, or promotions. This seems to be a problem with big companies, they are too complex to navigate.

Compensation package that is equivalent to the work that is required of me

Review from IT Dept

Evalue by experience not by duration in Citi

Review from IT Dept

I earn much less than my male equivalent and even less than white females

Review from Finance Dept

A 30% raise on my base ans bonus
