What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Apparently customer service and relationship management is the worst they have experienced so far.

Appreciation and fair compensation should be fair to all level. Promotions should ve given to the people who work hard and provide more value to the company not based upon partiality.

Modernize processes and replace old technologies,

Antiquated systems; lack of true innovation in an environment under a consent order, where the only job growth is in control and compliance positions, and where people are promoted based upon skin color and gender. White male employees openly talk about being discriminated against.

Staff cuts. Drive for reduction in workforce as those uucky enough to be left behind will pick up slack

the fact that we have so many outbound calls to customers, 6 calls per day per credit card on an auto dialer

Clean the office, the carpet is disgusting. Try to make it more comfortable for your employees

the management doesn't listen to the little people that take the brunt of bad calls and they want good cs but don't take care of the employees. if you take care of the employees they would take care of the customers
