Customer experience, putting their customers first
Recognizing people, not just the chosen few.
Review from Marketing Dept
talk less and work more
Leasership team does not care about employees. There are no opportunities for growth and career progression
Compensating employees, better recognising talent
Citi pays the absolute minimum for benefits, passes as much cost as possible to the employees and uses cheap vendors
I don't think the pay is competititive for middle managers
The company is deliberately underresourced, staff is exploited, overworked, continuous overload, unpaid overtime.
Review from Operations Dept
Better compensation. More time off
Travelling and meal expenses should be provided
Communication and better quality of work. Mediocrity is king at Citi
They should start questioning how things are done, not accept the status quo.
Majority of coworkers are smart and nice to work with. Problem lies in the chaos and lack of proper management, lack of resources.
Review from Operations Dept
inclusive culture and collaboration is missing
Antiquated process and systems limit how effective teams are
Focus on meaningful deliverables rather then blindly follow trends
Management walking the talk. People who work lots of hours and manage up do much better than people who work smart, and challenge the status quo.
Streamline redundancy and hire people with hands on agile experience.
Stop saying Citi cares about work life balance when putting 10pm meetings in on Friday nights.
Actually plan considering work life balance
Dont automate everything. Make HR accountable for the interview experience.
The process is designed to eliminate white males from promotions.
Haphazard, as everything due to lack of staff.
Team interview will be good idea
Review from IT Dept
I would make it a quicker process. took 5 months then when the offer came I was expected to move and start in 2 weeks.
Review from HR Dept
Apparently customer service and relationship management is the worst they have experienced so far.
Appreciation and fair compensation should be fair to all level. Promotions should ve given to the people who work hard and provide more value to the company not based upon partiality.
Modernize processes and replace old technologies,
Antiquated systems; lack of true innovation in an environment under a consent order, where the only job growth is in control and compliance positions, and where people are promoted based upon skin color and gender. White male employees openly talk about being discriminated against.
Staff cuts. Drive for reduction in workforce as those uucky enough to be left behind will pick up slack
