What are some of the best things about your team?My team in particular is supportive, I know I can count on them to help me. They respect one another and are simply willing even when things may get stressful. Working alongside likeminded people who you can learn from and teach is a gift that keeps giving, They have grown to be like extended family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The staff from PCRs, Scribes, Providers and Managers make CityMD a great place to work, but the higher you move up in the chain, the less they care about those of us who work tooth and nail to ensure the patients are happy and taken care of.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Inform potential employees that they must pass training in order to be employed with the company. Not say theyll reach out and weeks later no information
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?HR SHOULD KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE Effectively NOT HAVE PEOPLE WASTE MONEY AND WHEN THEY INWUIRE ABOUT THINGS IT SEEMS AS IF WE ARE A BOTHER
