Clean Harbors Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

they dont allow my va deductable to count as deductable or toward out of pocket

Review from Operations Dept

Annual bonuses that rival most salaries if you work hard and produce

the pay for the area

Review from Operations Dept

My insurance is great to have

It's very fair and affordable

Salary and benefits. Time off

Time with my family at gome

Total package, base, salary, benefits, ic plan

Knowing that they offer them. And they do there best to be right by there employees

I have no package it is only my wage because I am a partime intern

one hundred percent Paid college tuition

Your still covered if you get hurt on the job

Retirement is the best of all

Review from Operations Dept

Everything I coukdnt ask for netter

Review from Operations Dept

Time off with family members

Review from Operations Dept

To me there is no best part

Review from Operations Dept

The standard benefits package is a bit above average for the industry.

Variety of components that make up total package.

Review from HR Dept

Getting reimbursed for joining weight loss programs.

Review from Admin Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No praise, raise the pay to todays cost of living.

More pay and more family time with out out being over worked

More support and competitve pay that is much lower than new employees and those with 0 experience in branches we are tasked and successfully save on a monthly basis.

Review from Operations Dept

I put in more effort into making the job easier for managers, but it goes unseen, and I feel as if I am being overlooked for potential growth opportunities.

Review from HR Dept

They higher new employees with no experience at a higher rate than an employee whos been here for 10 years. Getting a yearly raise as needed and bonuses would actually help with work morales and would actually make me want to work harder and make me want to stay

Review from Operations Dept

Managment style is Eradicate at times. Unfortunately un qualified people have moved in to postion . Which makes the team suffer.

Going paperless takes away the human touch of working for an organization which leads to poor moral and builds a teamless work environment. Many people have left for more money and a better work environment.

low 401K match, low mile reimubursement

Everyone payed the same as the next person

If they gave pay raises

Better hourly pay or hazardous pay

I believe I am undervalued because as a an educated person of color and I believe that the people who are in the position to move me up in the company are fearful of having diversity within positions of power and influence. If would make me feel better if giving a due process and hired for the job

Extremely low industry wages.. nothing would make me feel better about the current compensation.. I and many others are embarrassed to say we work here.. not for long..

Review from Operations Dept

4 years with no raise and useless/pointless surveys that try and find the root of the problem but when you tell them the problem is money they try and steer the conversation somewhere else

Review from Operations Dept

I became a crew lead may10th of 2019 and I was never given the opportunity or the guidance I was promised I was never given the raise I was promised I’m constantly told that I’m in denial no body at my branch

Benefits could be a bit better. Now days everything is to expensive specially insurance.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel undervalued because I have 3 degrees and I'm still a tech3 after almost 2 years. I've been promised advancement, leadership positions, a raise and CDL school by Seattle C.H. Mgmnt … STILL NOTHING. 'What have you done for ME' thinking by our management team is in full effect.

If I was paid a wage fitting of my experience

Review from Operations Dept

Wage theft, corruption, forced to lie to customers, equipment is on its last legs here.
