Give employees a reason to stay. There seems to be too many cooks in the kitchen and upper management seems to be stepping over eachother. I feel I went from being an asset to being a piece of equipment.

I’m being treated unfairly I know I’m entitled to money I feel is impossible for me to receive the management is ignoring the issue in hope I just stop fighting for what I’m entitled to I feel I can’t find the help I need from anyone in-house

Management says they know the issue is compensation but they will do absolutely nothing about it. The company just wants to fix what they want to fix and that
