Pay and health benefits combined
Review from Operations Dept
Paid time off, access to expert care, relatively inexpensive and robust health benefits.
Bonus pay when staff is needed
Competitive to market prevailing rate
Review from Operations Dept
Pay increase for market adjustment. medical benefits
The very fact i have coverage & there is a pention.
The benefits are great here
As a whole, I love everything about my benefit package.
i like to think it is competitive
Discount on healthcare for wellness.
Review from Finance Dept
Accomodative. Salary not adjusted for inflation
PTO, low deductible and copays
Health insurance and 403b along with pension
Lots of PTO and fair salary
The tuition assistance and paid paternity leave.
the maternity leave and the paternity leave
The Health Care Insurance is the best part of my compensation package.
overall great compensation package s
Its better than anywhere else
My benefit's, specifically my health insurance
Medical benefits are terrible for employees of a medical facility
As an Oncology RN, it takes specialized training and continuing education to do this job, in addition to the education required to become an RN. The pay of a nurse should be based on cost of living in the geographic area where they work, and the work they do, as well as competing hospitals around
Review from Operations Dept
I feel we have mostly travelers, this is the one downside, many staff want to leave to travel and will.
Review from Product Dept
I know that I'm not compensated accordingly. There are staff in my department with less education, credentials and experience and make more than I do. New staff have been hired in at almost the same rate. Even after the market analysis and merit increases nothing was changed.
Review from Admin Dept
the starting salary for new grads is no where near the other hospital systems in the area
No I don't feel undervalued
Review from Operations Dept
productivity at the 80% yet we all are paid at about the 30 to 40%
if we have any support or acknowledgment
undervalued and position is in a low pay grade for the level of responsibility
Yes after the pandemic only got a 2% raise.
Raises are a joke, no support or feedback, issues swept under the rug , secrecy, nepatism
Review from Finance Dept
A raise Because I am in school for my BSN I was informed that once I obtain it I did not get a raise that the tuition they pay for my school is my raise
Review from Operations Dept
I do not feel undervalued. They do a good job to make you feel valuable.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Compensation is fair but could be about 3 percent better for competitive. Benefits are good but do not cover what many other private ins. cover. Retirement is pretty competitive
Review from Operations Dept
Fair raises and cheaper health insurance
Review from Customer Support Dept
I would like better dental
Review from Admin Dept
The benefits used to be much better. The health insurance offered is worse than at other hospitals I've worked at in Ohio.
Review from Product Dept
lower our copays and our emergency room visits
