It all depends on the department that you works in. Some office vibes are good if the workers come together as a team. Some office vibes are not good too many young people who want to make their own rules against company policy. They also have too much drama going on which they wan t to involve others. It all depends on where you work.

while it is good to have a formal secondary education, not all jobs necessarily require a bachelors degree to perform. They need to relax on the requirements to retain employees
Because we are a full time open hospital our patients are our number one concern, thus allowing maybe not as many options for sick calls in's etc

We are allowed to do self scheduling. We are given notice 6 weeks in advance when the schedule is open to schedule ourselves. The ANM responsible for the schedule reviews and gives es final authorization. We can trade very easily if we need to.

we like to think out of the box here - anything goes as long as we get the job done.
