Medical benefits are terrible for employees of a medical facility

As an Oncology RN, it takes specialized training and continuing education to do this job, in addition to the education required to become an RN. The pay of a nurse should be based on cost of living in the geographic area where they work, and the work they do, as well as competing hospitals around

I feel we have mostly travelers, this is the one downside, many staff want to leave to travel and will.

I know that I'm not compensated accordingly. There are staff in my department with less education, credentials and experience and make more than I do. New staff have been hired in at almost the same rate. Even after the market analysis and merit increases nothing was changed.

We all help each other. We work together as a team & we also interact outside of work to even tighten the bonds. We know we can depend on each other and also gain experience and knowledge from each other.

My coworkes only work when they are directly supervised

They are troublesome and sometimes very discriminatory

Common courtesy when scheduling personal appointments, lunches and time off...check with your teammates who have to cover you and make sure there isn't something conflicting going on first!
