Pay and health benefits combined
Review from Operations Dept
Paid time off, access to expert care, relatively inexpensive and robust health benefits.
Bonus pay when staff is needed
Competitive to market prevailing rate
Review from Operations Dept
Pay increase for market adjustment. medical benefits
Medical benefits are terrible for employees of a medical facility
As an Oncology RN, it takes specialized training and continuing education to do this job, in addition to the education required to become an RN. The pay of a nurse should be based on cost of living in the geographic area where they work, and the work they do, as well as competing hospitals around
Review from Operations Dept
I feel we have mostly travelers, this is the one downside, many staff want to leave to travel and will.
Review from Product Dept
I know that I'm not compensated accordingly. There are staff in my department with less education, credentials and experience and make more than I do. New staff have been hired in at almost the same rate. Even after the market analysis and merit increases nothing was changed.
Review from Admin Dept
the starting salary for new grads is no where near the other hospital systems in the area
We trust and respect one another. We are solution focused rather than the blame game.
Review from Operations Dept
Down to earth attitudes and willingness to help
We all help each other. We work together as a team & we also interact outside of work to even tighten the bonds. We know we can depend on each other and also gain experience and knowledge from each other.
They are there to help when needed
Everyone is friendly and wants to see everyone succeed.
Try and get to meetings on time
My coworkes only work when they are directly supervised
Workplace bullying. Communication. Teamwork. Empathy.
They are troublesome and sometimes very discriminatory
Review from Operations Dept
Common courtesy when scheduling personal appointments, lunches and time off...check with your teammates who have to cover you and make sure there isn't something conflicting going on first!
Review from Customer Support Dept
I get to work remote but still feel inclusive and part of a team.
Review from Operations Dept
Helping patients, irrespective of role in the organization. Everyone from custodial teams to administrative teams understands that we are here to keep people healthy and help treat those who are often extremely ill.
The team work we have together.
Working remote, I am comfy in my work environment.
deeply embedded desire to do the right thing
place more value on your employees
Review from Operations Dept
Try and get consultants who are not in the nude on tinder
very friendly and nice environment
Review from Product Dept
Everyone else is great but my coworkers. I work second shift and they are honestly a handful. When I worked first shift, I had no issues. The people I work with are mostly white, male, so yeah
Review from Operations Dept
there is so much emphasis on our mistakes and none on the things we do well
Review from Admin Dept
Dr William Carey - Put me at ease and was easy so talk with.
Review from Operations Dept
Multi source feedback was obtained rather than one person taking decision - this was a decade ago, now things have changed
Review from Operations Dept
We had a peer interview in part of rhe process.
They were nice and laid back
Process was too long. I felt I was interviewing to work with POTUS with so many interviews.
Actually looking at applications for better hires
Could hire more people to work
Hire talent based on skill.
I would include a phone interview first
Knowing what I do makes a difference, even if it's not noticed.
Review from Operations Dept
Opportunities to work in a broad spectrum of roles
Worki ng with fun people
Making difference in patients life
The group of people I work with & the department that keeps us always seeking more knowledge & busy.
Have consultants who are not in the nude on tinder
The staff is over worked and stressed
Lack of communication, transparency, training, secrecry and greed driven
Review from Finance Dept
make me fear less each day that I will be fired
Review from Admin Dept
It's the same repetitive thing every day
Review from Admin Dept
#1 ranked heart center in the nation
It is solid
Listening to people lower than them about constant issues
Continue to be proactive in dealing with the ACA
