Great leadership that are over everyone

It depends on the situation. Some seem to be transparent but at times not so much.

Having qualified members in management. Educated, experienced team members. Clinical licensed professionals overseeing clinical staff. Having management present and aware of the day to day within their departments. Effective scheduling for appropriate staffing and patient care.
