Applications go through a multi step process: initial screening, forwarding to the hiring manager, evaluation of the candidate by the hiring manager, extension of interviews (sometimes multiple rounds of interviews), and eventual hiring decisions. Reach out to the HR contact if you’re curious about the status of an application.
