Toxic culture throughout adminstration and management. Too many mediocre people in management roles because they've been thru periods of growth - not earned and ut shows.
People go to work just to survive daily living. I go to work for that plus I love my job. Management keeps all the bonuses and the little guy doesn't seem to get ahead.
The people seemed interested in my past experience.

Love working for CCF, I never have that feeling of dread when pulling in to the parking lot wondering what I am going to work on - have lots of support from my fellow coworkers and leaders - great place to be innovative and express ideas - even if they are outside of the box - someone is always wanting to listen. CCF is always looking for ways to improve processes - and never just settles they are always evolving into something else
