There's general negativity and many people don't seem interested in working as a team. Working in healthcare can be really difficult, but good coworkers and teamwork make the difference. Managers here need to build teams instead of just hiring individuals who look good on paper.

Unable to staff it appropriately. Need to beef up availability, prn pools. Centralized staffing office is ineffective. You are better with unit based staffing. To much micromanagement.
