I know that I'm not compensated accordingly. There are staff in my department with less education, credentials and experience and make more than I do. New staff have been hired in at almost the same rate. Even after the market analysis and merit increases nothing was changed.

Some training and education in field of develooment woukd be hugeky helpful. Maybe if more people in development were knowlledgable about fundraising they wouldnt feel so threatened by others. They will never reach their goals with these leaders. I'm surprised the Board hasn't figured that out
