Honesty- ethically hold themselves to the same standard as their sales and care team. Implement changes that affect the people that work for you, treat them more fairly. Restore the trust in them

Management implementing changes with respect to sales and care team, they do not hold themselves accountable but enforce penalties to their employees with a point based system ( 3 and your out ) and this can rack up unexpectedly almost at no control- yet Clutter’s
