Group interview with benchmarks. Candidates were cut out slowly.

We work hard to get the job done, regardless of the roadblocks that we face daily.

Hearing out employees on their opinions. We could avoid a lot of costly mistakes if leadership was more open to feedback.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Customers are being mislead about our services. We are marketing to the wrong people and subsequently losing money. Operations communication is non-existent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no raises and no incentives to do better. If you care about what you do and strive to do a great job, you'll be treated the same as the underachievers.
