Everyone works hard except the ones that are friends with the supervisors

Not a lot of things, the people are good but management is not

Because they'll tell you things AFTER you're hired, management does not trust you. I have not got any compensation back

literally everything, they'll work you as hard as they can and then tell you that you would need to work for full time
