If someone been there longer than you have and is doing everything the company requires him/her, they should do the same.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicate. I can't stress this enough. If my leadership don't Communicate it shows me how much they value me as a employee.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The companies policies and procedures are stupid. For to make as much as a new hire is not right. Pay should be based on years being with the company and performance. I am leaving the company because of this reason.
