I love the brand and the products however in my store we have managers who only follow rules they feel are important. These same managers often times come up at the end of sales to "help" customers but instead put the sale under themselves after doing little to no work.

Im most happy at work whenever the store is busy and I get to help many customers find products they love!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to work on consistant rules for all sales associates instead of certain rules being okay for certain people
