Training your managers properly. Not only to manage and lead a store but they need help on basic behaviors. Ethical codes and policies should never be broken under any circumstances.
Its management that needs immediate attention. If management would stop lying to the new hires about work conditions, would actually help the current work environment. (which is embarrassing beyond comprehension) Then your employees would actual want to work for you.
Literally anything and everything that so called "managers" are supposed to know. Such as common sense material and ethical behavior. I've seen better communication at a McDonalds compared to the individuals that hold a manager position in ny store its pathetic and embarrassing.
I feel undervalued because the managers tell you lies during the interview. (I've been employed here for 2yrs and my own managers tell me to "sell the job" to new hires so they won't leave, after learning they're being hired under false pretenses.
