I love the people that I work with but I'm not happy and unsatisfied with the company because there is no real room for growth within the company. I have had the hardest time trying to get a full time position over the course of the 2 years that I have worked there.

They set up the orientation very fast.

The leadership team can be friendly and welcoming at times.

I have made great friends from my team that I can confide in.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the culture and environment there is that I get to meet other people from different cultures and learn more about their culture.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I deal with a lot in retail and I take on additional small jobs at work like doing floorset and I don't get any benefits for it. Plus I have been working there for over 2yrs and still cant get a full time position.
