What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to create content they didn't STEAL from other places. Espeically without giving the original author credit.

Compensation for the job you do is a joke.

Coworkers dont even know the product.

Compnay culture needs to be rewritten. It uses too many limited free apps to try to muddle through its content. Worst way to learn.

Interview for the job not some fantasy made up thing

Stop plagerizing other peoples work and passing it off as your own.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Work life balance. A lot is expected of us, which is great, but it can get overwhelming sometimes. Also, change is very frequent and leadership has a tendency to "press go" before fully thinking things through.
