My manager cares about the product, business outcomes, and their people. I am more supported here than at any other company.

The people who are dedicated to the customer experience are empowered to bring external feedback to engineering without fear of recourse. Those dedicated people are a joy to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our people operations team is the best I have ever seen. They care about the team and are very receptive to us making our own "events" and creating "fun"

Meeting the people I would directly be working with, and getting a good idea of the culture here.

I am given an outcome, asked what I need to achieve that outcome and given the chance to get there as I see fit. Autonomy is very important to me.
