What's the office vibe like at Cognizant?
Silent, sad, negative, people have lots of bias against others. People just talk to you when they get something from you. Gossip on work... and people leaving for other jobs. I hear negative comments all the time. Also has the ones who keep for themselves, proceed with legal actions. The Company has a very toxic vibe people are not positive and fun.
