I should be getting paid more than a weekly employee. I hold the risk and hold the responsibility . If you do a good job or a bad job you get the same 2.5 percent each year

Very difficult to get your salary up internally once you're already hired. External hires wind up getting more than internal employees who are the SMEs and have already put in the work.
