Great benefits to shows stocks and travel

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I should be getting paid more than a weekly employee. I hold the risk and hold the responsibility . If you do a good job or a bad job you get the same 2.5 percent each year
Very difficult to get your salary up internally once you're already hired. External hires wind up getting more than internal employees who are the SMEs and have already put in the work.
company full of terrible people, worship rank contractors and entry level people are verbally abused

We see.eye to eye and have each other's backs
Everyone is close and fun
Very hard working and knowledgeable.

My autonomy. A utility is the type of job if you not doing your job it will be visible even if someone not looking. We are trusted to perform without being micromanaged
