What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Love the shift in culture! Very much family like fun atmosphere. Love the volunteer events and team builders we do to give back to our communities and the environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?The support and mentorship we get from our leadership team is amazing. I have been here 10+ years and am so proud to of seen the shift in culture and leadership that has come with our CEO Cliff Skelton and his leadership team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like to have a clearer idea on the objectives which need to be met to receive higher pay

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The turnover rate creates difficulty to establish solid relationships with my coworkers. Therefore our retention rate must increase so we can learn to work together.
