Leadership culture and value not applied, they continue to use nice word which are not held .

Affirdable insurance and mre incentives

I work around an immature group. Benefits should be open to all regardless if your part time, relief etc.

I have worked for cone over 10 years. I went into Cone making a little more than $9 per hr. Recently cone moved everyone's pay up to 12 per hr which took me years to get to and my pay did not move. Very disappointing and unfair.
