What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Knowing exactly what each employee does (all task). This way you might can comprehend when someone tells you they literally cannot do anything else in an 8 hr day.
Value its employees expect and longevity
Administrators don't provide direct patient care. They'd be wise to remember that.
Not Following through and not deviating from said course.
Micromanaging is a turn-off. Everyone wants to leave.

Better matching retirement plan. Work on retaining experience insted of new hires
Leadership culture and value not applied, they continue to use nice word which are not held .

I work around an immature group. Benefits should be open to all regardless if your part time, relief etc.
I have worked for cone over 10 years. I went into Cone making a little more than $9 per hr. Recently cone moved everyone's pay up to 12 per hr which took me years to get to and my pay did not move. Very disappointing and unfair.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We try to do what is right.
Best coworkers/friends you could ask for. Great team. There is just not enough of us. Its not in the "budget".
The comradery amount out team is outstanding

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work with a great mix of people from all walks of life.
Coworkers are great and we stick together as a team.

To many managers compared to workers
A sense of integrity in the workplace would be nice.
better wage listening too one another and learning from one another.

I loved the director there. She is one of the best managers i have ever had

The phone interview went quite well. The last one I had at least. The interviewer was thorough, and never once seemed disinterested and was always engaged in the moment.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
You do a phone interview with someone that is not a cone employee. They are in a different state and just have a list of questions in front of them.
Slow, long proceas and sont keep candidates up to date
Very bias toward some while inferior staff are given advantages

Working with patients and trying to make there stay as best for them

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Focus on quality and not DEI. We have exceptional talent in staff, yet the impression is that if you want to be successful and compensated well, you have to go to another healthsystem. We have lost massive talent, from the lower level staff, all thenway up the chain to wxecutive leadership.
Patients dont understand why they have to wait for forms, insurance prior auths, call backs, refills, etc. Its not intentional but there is literally only one of me. My coworkers cannot do the samething I do as they have a different job title and work load of their own.
Only hospital optuon in city. They nees competiation
I suspect it may be better run without so many petty and vindictive administrators.
Incompatibility in management as well as staff.
