Autonomy and problem solving are encouraged .
Focus on quality and not DEI. We have exceptional talent in staff, yet the impression is that if you want to be successful and compensated well, you have to go to another healthsystem. We have lost massive talent, from the lower level staff, all thenway up the chain to wxecutive leadership.
Patients dont understand why they have to wait for forms, insurance prior auths, call backs, refills, etc. Its not intentional but there is literally only one of me. My coworkers cannot do the samething I do as they have a different job title and work load of their own.

I suspect it may be better run without so many petty and vindictive administrators.
Incompatibility in management as well as staff.
lots of gossping and favoritism; he said she said situations and when conflict arises managment is very bad at handling situations; they discriminate and promote by favor.
