So far this has been a great journey. But I also believe you get out of it what you put in. Controlling your effort and attitude is the number 1 responsibility. My leaders do that and it can be seen though their actions. This makes me want to be my best daily. I enjoy Confie.

There is an assumption of positive intent. The recognition is very good.

I think we do a good job of recognizing people through BOTB, contest and each business units efforts.

I like that it's just that, a package. Between, compensation, health benefits, Bonus opportunity, car. It's a very good package.

Knowing I can make a difference in someone's life by helping them learn how to make more money and provide for their families and themselves.

They are supportive. They work to help achieve our goals and they care about what happens to us as a team. I feel as if they are all invested in the vision of success.
