Working in teams is one of the few positive aspects of the company culture
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upper management is completely out of touch about the increasing costs facing us and believe we should be grateful for minuscule wage increases while housing costs skyrocket and we can't keep up.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management is laser-focused on growing the company but is doing nothing to take care of it's employees. We're underpaid, overworked, and are being exploited. Happy employees do better work than burnt out employees
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most teams are pretty tight-knit and supportive of each other, and my team is no exception. We're always willing to help each other out by answering questions, giving advice, and helping out with whatever people need
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Who knows? I've never met them and barely even know who they are, I only get occasional emails from them with meaningless lip service. They don't care about me enough to even know who I am
