What are some of the best things about your team?
They're pretty nice and very responsive to problems.
The teams are cohesive and work well together to accomplish the end goal.

Direct leadership is understanding and very patient. They understand that mental days are needed and will reach out to make sure you aren't getting burned out.
Most teams are pretty tight-knit and supportive of each other, and my team is no exception. We're always willing to help each other out by answering questions, giving advice, and helping out with whatever people need
Team members, while moral can be rather low sometimes, do tend to be very good at sticking together and making the best of the day. The better the direct team leadership, the better the team experience.
Anybody but leadership is great!
