    There is a lot of pushing problems onto other people. Or lack of training and incompetence.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    HR and Corporate need to listen to their employees. They'll tell you they care but that's a dull fledged lie. Give the raises back and give a way to anonymously sumbit concerns. Hire a new head of HR who won't gaslight you.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    Upper management is laser-focused on growing the company but is doing nothing to take care of it's employees. We're underpaid, overworked, and are being exploited. Happy employees do better work than burnt out employees

While the products and services provided by Conservice add significant financial value to clients, the most significant contribution of Conservice is the effect it has on people within the organization and in our local community. Conservice is an active participant in numerous charitable causes locally and nationally through its Conservice Cares program. This program provides financial support in addition to encouraging employee volunteerism. Conservice employees are encouraged to take two hours of paid time off each month to perform much needed service in our community. Some of the beneficiaries of this program so far have included local schools, senior citizen centers, food banks, and hospitals.
