The leadership team goal oriented while also listening to the input from direct reports.
The training team is great because they build up their leaders. Other leaders I feel like just got the job because they were promoted for doing their previous position well, not because they had leadership characteristics.
Direct leadership is a 50-50 shot. Having moved around the company I've experienced team leads who play favorites and target employees they don't like, but also team leads who care, help out everyone, and fight for fair pay.
Who knows? I've never met them and barely even know who they are, I only get occasional emails from them with meaningless lip service. They don't care about me enough to even know who I am

Sterling UrgentCare access is wonderful.

My team is high collaborative and have the best intentions

They're pretty nice and very responsive to problems.
The teams are cohesive and work well together to accomplish the end goal.

Direct leadership is understanding and very patient. They understand that mental days are needed and will reach out to make sure you aren't getting burned out.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The good coworkers who have your back and are capable of getting their own work done.
We do team building activities.
The ability to work in a virtual environment while still maintaining daily contact with team members.
Working in teams is one of the few positive aspects of the company culture
Working from home so I don't have to see leadership all the time.
