Everything was okay but then the CEO switched and everything has gone down hill. HR was already a nightmare with the Head of HR dismissing all concerns. But lately all teams are being over worked and underpaid. Corporate gives out stickers for compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Direct leadership is understanding and very patient. They understand that mental days are needed and will reach out to make sure you aren't getting burned out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Direct leadership is a 50-50 shot. Having moved around the company I've experienced team leads who play favorites and target employees they don't like, but also team leads who care, help out everyone, and fight for fair pay.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
HR and Corporate need to listen to their employees. They'll tell you they care but that's a dull fledged lie. Give the raises back and give a way to anonymously sumbit concerns. Hire a new head of HR who won't gaslight you.
