Pretty good overall, lots of chances to move up and around.

What can this brand most improve?

Stop increasing the rates on electricity and gas, as a low income individual it is tough to keep paying more money to use electricity and heat when I have no choice but to use them.

Underpaid, underappreciated, left out of bonuses, horrible union that doesnt care about call center, and micromanaged beyond reason.

What can this brand most improve?

I am appualed on how terrible this company is.
