    If you look at the industry averages, there's no doubt that I'm on the lower end of the salary range for my role. If Contentstack were to compensate employees based on region and where the employee is based, that would be a step in the right direction.

    It’s not that I feel undervalued, over the years, Ive built up my skills, taken on significantly more responsibility, and Im aware that the current market rate for my role is higher. I

    The base compensation and lack of a ramp period for commission is below what I have been compensated in the past, and doesn't seem aligned with the market rate for senior managers.
