Select the reset password link
From the login screen, select 'Reset it' (1). On the next page enter the email address (2) associated with your account, then click Send Password Reset (3)
Click the Reset Password link in the email you received
Once you receive the Reset Password email, click the link within the email and you will be directed to create (1) and confirm (2) a new password. Then select Set Password (3).
Note:Passwords must be at least eight characters in length with a minimum one number and one special character ( @ \% + \ / \' # $ ^ : ! ? . ( ) {} [ ] ~ ` -_ ).
