Mr. Matthew J. Tachouet, also known as Matt, has been Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. since May 23, 2017. Mr. Tachouet joined Core-Mark Holding in February 2016 as Vice President and Controller from UTi Wordwide Inc. He served as Global Vice President and Corporate Controller at UTi Worldwide Inc. since 2007. Prior to that, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Market Industries, Ltd. (also known as, Market Transport Services), a UTi Worldwide Company since September 2005 and served as its Corporate Controller since January 2005. Mr. Tachouet held various positions in the Assurance and Business Advisory Practice of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP from 1998 to 2004. Through his work with Pricewaterhouse, he performed audit and advisory services for variety of public and private companies in the transportation, utilities and consumer and industrial products industries. Mr. Tachouet is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Oregon.
