Training has a lot to be desired

Communication and looking at real facts. Most centralization dept way under staffed. The few good EE left you are burning out ensuring they have to leave. Overall what the heck are you doing?

Helping workers do worker when there is only 1 person doing the work for 5 trucks.

More money and appreciation would suffice.

Performance = pay. The top performers should be getting the better pay

I've been here 20+ years and believe I should be making over 20 dollars an hour.

In 20 years I have gone from 10 an hour to just below 16

Lack of skill appreciation. Respect goes both ways.

Try very hard and a high degree of accountability. How much people will take upon themself to simply make it better for coworkers is amazing

The culture has gone from bad to worse, but when employees don't feel valued and a company's knee jerk reaction is to take from them during a global pandemic, it's not going to be a positive working environment. The employees showing up everyday are having to do more, because the truancy is so high.

Communication, real support, less fake

Stop being so fake and lying all the time. People are not as dumb as they think. Stop with fake promotions and himulating people you know you will show the door to. Change good yes but slow down and fully finish one. Stop with the expectations that are simply unhuman. The hours are insane

Overhaul the place! Put domeone in there that says thank you from time to time. To appreciate those who work hard not make them do others work because their lazy! They need to understand their own policies and procedures and use them!

I had one interview in 2001 and was trained for 2 days before starting on my own but I picked everything up rather easily.

I was interviewed and trained and in 2 days on my own but now its a 2 to 3 week process

They have to treat there workers way better

Ask more questions to better place ur associates instead of just "sign here, you're hired we ned more bodies" mentality.

Most of the time the interview process is bogus. If you are up for a promotion, it usually isn't merit based. Cronyism and nepotism are the norm in those situations. Anyone who would actually challenge management intellectually or otherwise is deemed as a threat.

Interviewing for promotions and the more appealing jobs is a joke. The decisions are rarely merit based and more often than not the person for the job has already been decided. They turn down applicants without ever even seeing how qualified they really are for the job.

Late deliveries. Lots of shortage on deliveries

Can’t deliver customers our promise. Treat EE like machines. Throw people away not for work but popularity. No regard at all for hours required to do a good jo

Culture is the worst ever seen.

Customer Service is very bad

Unorganized. Understaffed. Not friendly and being taken in too many directions. Managers arent on the same page.
