Some employees worked hard. Mgmt not so much

They work hard and give it all they got

The few left that actually care. Makes you work hard for them.

Try very hard and a high degree of accountability. How much people will take upon themself to simply make it better for coworkers is amazing

Everyone works hard to keep our standards up to date daily.

I enjoy the company of a select few

60% are real good workers, dedicated and proud of what we do. Too bad that the management team is not professional and treat people totally different based on how much rhey loke or dislike an employee.

The culture has gone from bad to worse, but when employees don't feel valued and a company's knee jerk reaction is to take from them during a global pandemic, it's not going to be a positive working environment. The employees showing up everyday are having to do more, because the truancy is so high.

The company is too inconsistent in their attendance and disciplinary policy. Many employees (including management) get away with walking all over the people above them with little to no consequence. The good workers see this and it hurts morale as they are putting in twice the work for the same pay.
