Many only look forward to their paycheck every 2 weeks. The company's handling of the pandemic really hurt their image as the company was very quick to cut hours and the 401k matching program just to protect the company stock so the higher ups still can get their bonuses.

Communication, real support, less fake
Stop being so fake and lying all the time. People are not as dumb as they think. Stop with fake promotions and himulating people you know you will show the door to. Change good yes but slow down and fully finish one. Stop with the expectations that are simply unhuman. The hours are insane
Overhaul the place! Put domeone in there that says thank you from time to time. To appreciate those who work hard not make them do others work because their lazy! They need to understand their own policies and procedures and use them!
