Communication and looking at real facts. Most centralization dept way under staffed. The few good EE left you are burning out ensuring they have to leave. Overall what the heck are you doing?
Helping workers do worker when there is only 1 person doing the work for 5 trucks.

New management that is not there to just collect a check. They should be concerned as to why the night is there till almost their next shift still trying to get their work done. No one knows what they are doing crash courses on lifts are not safe! Everybody needs to be well trained in their position

Stop showing blatant favoritism for yesmen. Be open to suggestions and alternative methods.
Showing actual concern for their labor force would be a good start. "Essential" employees at one division received two sandwiches for their efforts during a global pandemic. A mask mandate that was never enforced compromised staff on a daily basis.

Attendance, integrity, the ability to lead a group of people properly, and overall understanding of the job. Management is more concerned with their own paychecks and trying to appear to be your friend than doing the actual job. You can hear one thing one day then the opposite the next.
