Mr. Sando served as President of the Austin, Texas-based First American Flood Data Services First American Corp.'s (flood zone certification subsidiary) from January 1997 to December 1997, served as its Executive Vice President from April 1995 to January 1997 and was employed at First American Corp.'s tax service subsidiary from 1991 to 1995. His background includes experience in loan servicing at LOMAS Mortgage and operations at Merrill Lynch. Mr. Sando holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi.
