Q&A With Cornerstone OnDemand Employees
A culture created less by what we do and more by who we are. When people are asked to describe the team, the answer is always the same: smart, cool, dependable and visionary.
How employees describe working at Cornerstone OnDemand
Cornerstone is the most amazing company I've working at. People are smart, accessible and grateful. Everything is put in place for employees to succeed.
Review from Sales Dept
Good experience. The culture has drastically changed since Saba acquisition. Saba folks are still working in silos and not open to collaboration. It's a difficult phase but happy to have good immediate upper management which keeps me focussed.
Review from IT Dept
Work with people from different areas in the world is great experience. Working with software that helps people with learning is also kind of a mission for me :)
Review from IT Dept
Self-driven, self-motivated group of individuals. Highly committed to the cause.
Review from Engineering Dept
The company is making too many changes all at once. There's no time to process all of it.
